Vegan Spinach Dip

Spinach dip has always been a potluck and appetizer night staple in our household. This recipe was easy to veganize and is sure to please vegans and non vegans alike!

This recipe is quick and easy! Simply combine one box (10 oz.) of frozen chopped spinach that has been thawed and squeezed dry with three cups of Vegenaise or vegan mayonnaise of your liking, one package of Knorr vegetable mix, one can (8 oz.) of water chestnuts that have been drained and chopped and three chopped green onions. Let sit in the fridge for two hours. Serve with pumpernickel bread and vegetables. 

Vegan Spinach Dip

Recipe adapted from

1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3 cups Vegenaise or vegan mayonnaise 
1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix 
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 loaf of pumpernickel bread

  1. Combine all ingredients (minus bread) in a bowl and chill in the fridge for approximately 2 hours. 
  2. Serve with bread and vegetables.
