Broiled Maple Cinnamon Grapefruit

Here is a quick and simple recipe that will redefine the way you eat grapefruit!

Start by cutting one grapefruit in half. Cut around each segment and remove the seeds.

Next, place on a baking sheet, cut side facing upwards. Drizzle half a teaspoon of pure maple syrup on each half and top with a dash of cinnamon.

Broil in the oven, on the top rack, the closest to the heat source as possible, for 3-5 minutes until the tops have slightly browned and started to bubble.

Let cool for a few minutes and serve.
