Mango Salsa

My aunt makes the best mango salsa! Every time I go over to her house, she always has freshly made salsas out with chips. The recipe itself is so simple that I decided to try it for myself!


Start by dicing up 3 mangos in small cubes. Place in a bowl and add a quarter cup of finely diced red onion, half of a finely diced jalepeno pepper (remove seeds!) and a handful of chopped fresh cilantro. 

Mix together and voila! You have yourself some fresh Mango Salsa! Eat with chips, on tacos or in wraps. 




Mango Salsa

Ingredients

3 mangoes, finely diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 jalepeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve!
